EMEA is Establishing New Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) Group

The European ME Alliance (EMEA) has established a new Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) group to enhance collaboration within the research community. This initiative is designed to support joint projects, particularly those involving the European ME Research Group (EMERG). By creating a formal platform for cooperation, the group brings together patients, experienced researchers, and clinicians, while also providing a dedicated space for early-career researchers (ECRs). This integrated approach ensures that the patient perspective is central to the development of research studies, fostering a more effective partnership between those living with ME and the professionals working to understand the condition.

More details will be given over the next months. .

Membership into EMEA is open to all groups
